Our Policies


Our Personal Guarantee

We want you to love your lashes, and your experience with each of our technicians at Blende Beauty Boutique. If for any reason you are unhappy with your results or any aspect of your service, please contact us within three days ​of your appointment to ensure that we can schedule a new appointment to amend any issues. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and want you to walk away feeling your best self!

Arriving Late

We allocate your appointment time is especially for you. If you are running late, please let us with as much notice as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate. However time may not permit for us to complete your full service. This means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that we are running on time for our next client.


If you arrive ten minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment so that our lash artists can provide you with the best quality of work.

For all lash extension services, please remove eye makeup with an oil-free remover or lash cleanser prior to your appointment. If we are required to remove your makeup at the time of your lash appointment, this will eat into our lashing time, therefore, potentially compromising the final result.

Full sets of lashes will require a non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The deposit is transferrable, if notice is given prior to the 48 hour notice period of your appointment.



We understand that things change and the unexpected comes up, but if you do need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so asap. We require at least 48 hours notice. This ensures that we can offer your appointment time to somebody else.

Anything less than this means that a client on our cancellation list will miss out and we are less likely to be able to fill this appointment.

Failure to give us less than 48 hours notice of a cancellation, will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Failure to give us less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation, will result in a 50% cancellation fee/forfeit of your deposit. Same day cancellations or appointment non-attendance will result in a 100% cancellation fee, and gift vouchers will be void.

Payment in advance may be required for clients with a history of non-attendance or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice.



All appointments with require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is transferrable to another appointment time, if more than 48 hours notice of a cancellation/change has been given. Deposits can be paid online or in person at the salon. Deposits are non-refundable.

We accept payment by cash, eftpos, PayWave/Apple Pay, Visa or  MasterCard. A 3% surcharge is applied to PayWave and credit card transactions.

We do not offer refunds.

We reserve the right to charge your card directly in the case of a late cancellation or the non-attendance 


Children in the Salon

As courtesy to all other clients and for the safety of your children, we ask that you make child care arrangements for your appointment time. We do not allow any children left unsupervised in the salon under the age of 11.


Our work involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus, is extremely detail oriented. We strive to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for each and every person visiting the salon. If your child is capable of sitting in the waiting area quietly and independently, we are more than happy for you to bring them along. Please understand this policy is for your safety, and the safety of your children.
